The Information Diet


  1. If I applied this type of logic to my typical day's data consumption, I would be always saying "I can't believe I ate the whole thing", and then unbuckling the belt around my mind.

  3. Are there information "food groups" that i need to balance? Calorie counters? Info exercise videos? If I write and talk more can I consume more without getting fat?

    I suppose I have to get the book..
