    Not hockey. Rock, paper, scissors, Guy on the right won (paper beats rock) and then guy on the left won (paper beats rock) and then they congratulated each other on the tie.

    Finnish TV channel and looks like Finnish coaches. The jerseys in the background looks like czech or slovenian? So probably a world championship game, and yes it's definitely hockey.
