    It's cringing how many "you know.."s are interspersed in dialogue between Bourdain and rest of the so-called talented team. Painful. Unfortunate amateurish montage masquerading as impromptu creativity at work. Bullshit.

      I was less put off. Sure, the dialog isn't polished, but it was aninteresting look at how the show comes together.

      I had the same reaction. This should have been a bad panel, butBourdain saved it and actually made it fun.
