San Francisco Before the 1906 Quake

I love pretty much everything about this 1906 San Francisco footage. The pace is wonderfully glacial.

    The blend of horse drawn carriages and cars is great. There doesn't appear to be much in the way of traffic laws, or at least compliance. Bet there were lots of fender/hoof benders.

    holy public transit batman! i'd say on average there was a cable car every 100 feet!

    also, super jealous of the people that got to turn left off of market street!
