Congressional Competence

Give Congress credit this weekend for showing that it is less competent than you think it is, even when you consider its incompetence.

    The president, however, displays a high level of competence and leadership.

    Congress didn't resolve the slavery issue 150 years ago, maybe it won't be able to resolve the size-of-government issue either.
