Silver as the New CMGI

Over at my Bloomberg site, I delve into the theory that silver, or at least SLV, is the new CMGI. And yes, it has graphs. Or at least graph. Check it here.

Interesting. As I read the CMGI chart, the correction was about 35% and took 6-8 months. Then it doubled its previous high. Projecting this price action onto SLV, you would expect a 2-3 dollar rally off an intermediate low, followed by a collapse to new lows that wipes out the remaining weak silver bulls. The ultimate low in this correction should come in the August-Sept period, although a single commodity might have a compressed time cycle.

Maybe the $100 silver bulls will get their day.
