Not that anyone really should be surprised by this, but I note (via Trulia) that the pace of housing price cuts in southern California has accelerated dramatically in the last week. Check the volume of homes (new/resale only) seeing price cuts in San Diego across various periods:
- Past seven days: 431
- Preceding week: 187
- Average/week in past month: 210
- Average/week in past 4 months: 285
