The Web isn’t Brought to You By the Letter “T”

Mostly because I had too much time this week on planes, plus I had some data, I got to thinking about domain name frequency. Does the first-letter frequency among the top 1,000,000 web domains by traffic match the first-letter frequency of words in the English language?

Well, here is the result. The first column contains all 26 letters sorted by their frequency in first-letter English usage, the second column is their first-letter frequency in domains, the third column is their first-letter frequency in English, and the third column is the difference.
My question: Why do so few popular domain names, relatively speaking, start with “t”? And I really need to ramp up my plan to rename this site “cedrosky.com”.
