Bilski Sets the Patent Pondering Record

The Bilski case on business process patents — a case that will almost certainly have a major impact on software patents too — is now setting records with respect to “time spent pondering’ by the U.S. Supreme Court. This is remarkable stuff that has largely escaped attention, especially given its potential importance.
