Foreign Oil Dependency by U.S. Presidential Exhortation

Mike Milken had a slide up Monday at his conference showing the U.S.’s increasing reliance on foreign oil. It mapped that reliance across a series of U.S. presidents who all said oil reliance would decrease on their watch.
