Six Months in a Leaky Oil Tanker

About six months ago the amount of hydrocarbons in floating storage peaked, and we’re now in real decline, according to a new Goldman Sachs report. It augurs higher prices in the medium term as this new supply replenishes inventories run down because of heating demand in Europe during a cooler winter, as well as servicing sprightly China demand.
