One More on Commutes: Most Walking Commutes

If you had to guess, what city in the world, population over 100,000, say, has the highest percentage of people who (intentionally) walk to work? I’m guessing it’s a city-state, like Monaco or Singapore, but I’m happily disabused of that notion.

Anyone care to hazard a guess? Or better yet, does anyone have data on the question?
