The UBS Pigeon

A picture, appropriately enough, of a pigeon flying above the logo of Swiss bank UBS in Lausanne, Switzerland. The bank and U.S. authorities are locked in a battle wherein the latter is trying to get UBS to play stoolpigeon on itself with respect to accountholders over alleged tax evasion. If a precedent gets set, it will transform the Swiss banking industry.
