Valentine’s Day Dinner Availability by City

Here is a quick chart of restaurant availability by city in the U.S. on Valentine’s Day this past weekend. The search was done via OpenTable on the preceding Friday for a Saturday night dinner reservation for two at 7pm.

This is completely ad hoc and indefensible, of course, but it amused me. New York led the way in availability, and Chicago had the fewest open Valentine’s Day restaurant spots.
