Joke du Jour: Banking Regulators

I had someone email me the following update on an old joke:

Q: What is a banking regulator?

A: Someone who rescues and rescues and rescues banks until there are no banks  left.

In the old version, stockbrokers had the place of banking regulators, and they merely "invested" your money away. Same difference, I suppose.
