Bernie Gets a Plea Deal?

So, it looks possible that Bernie Madoff is on the way to getting a plea deal in his fraud case. But if Bernie has no assets, or at most a teensy amount compared to investors $50b in  losses, what’s the attraction to investigators? Gosh, I wonder(ed) … and Barry wonders too.
