Sad News: Tanta Has Died
Let's all have a long, long period of silence this morning on the news that Tanta (aka, Doris Dungey) has died. She was, until a recent episode with cancer, the prolific, funny, acerbic, and ragingly intelligent other half of the great Calculated Risk blogging team. I had confessed in the past to being a giant fan of Tanta's mortgage market commentary – it was among the very best – and so, while not entirely unexpected, this is terrible news.
