I like COIN and SEED, COIN represents what pumpers are making by selling off stock of a worthless company and SEED because they’re even seedier
I like 3M (MMM) and ev3 (EVVV).

Not semi-phonetic, but I always liked ICE. JADE is pretty much a word too, as is FAX.

Pre-Mobil merger Exxon was XON. I always thought that was the perfect ticker.
GRRR (above) is great. I hadn’t heard that one before.
IBM – The first stock my father bought for me as a child. At the time, it wasn’t merely an acronym. It was a giggle-worthy reference to bowel movements.
