Panorama Inside Cafe Confeitaria Colombo in Rio
Playing with Auto-Stitch software, I pulled together the following panorama shot from inside a lovely old Rio de Janeiro restaurant at which I ate lunch last week. For some reason a few of the pictures -- mostly from behind me -- didn't get stitched in, but you get the gist. A special place.
Update: A reader tells me that this is the Cafe Confeitaria Colombo, at Rua Gonçalves Dias 32 in Rio. Reminiscent of something you would more typically expect in Paris or Vienna, the restaurant opened in1894. There is some discussion of it and Rio's coffeehouse culture here, and you can find oodles more pictures of it here at Flickr, almost all of which are better than mine.

Awesome, thanks!
That almost reminds me of a few Fogo de Chão restaurants that I've been too -- I wonder if it's a Brazilian design style or something.
