Yahoo: Board Factions Forming. Good.
It's nice to see that Yahoo's board is splitting into factions along money vs Microsoft lines. It shows that least some people on the soon-to-be-acquired company's board get that dealing with Microsoft's offer is about economics, not emotion -- no matter how loyal they might be to Yahoo founder Jerry Yang.
