Apple Does Its Part to Help Fed & PPT
Apple CEO Steve Jobs must be part of the Plunge Protection Team. Who knew? Because with the Fed cutting rates by a surprise 75-basis-points, Apple has made a major product announcement today, hoping to remind people what a great, wonderful, innovative company it remains.
The news that had Apple fan-boys salivating at Apple's online store being down for a while today? A pink Nano. Ooooooh.
Okay, granted, it isn't as bad as Nano Extreme or a Nano Xtra or anything like that, it's amazing how Apple gets attention for adding new paint mixtures to its product palette.
