Cramer on Banks & Books: Fiction, Fiction, Fiction
This morning on CNBC my friend Jim Cramer had a truly impassioned harangue of the banks, SEC, and mortgage insurers. Definitely a must-watch.
Along the way, Cramer makes -- in his inimitable way -- a book pick. You have to love anyone who can be going off on the mono-line mortgage insurers, and then do a mid-sentence pivot to recommend John O'Hara's classic Appointment in Samarra novel from 1934. One of a kind.

Shameless shill...
Perhaps, but sometimes it takes a court jester to tell the truth!

New York Post: "Should stock jockey Jim Cramer be locked up for aiding and abetting the subprime market meltdown?..."

Oops, the url got cut-off to the Cramer NY Post article . Here is it again, http://shrinkster.com/u06

Indeed, one of a kind of shameless shill. He urges people to buy the bottom on financials one day, and tears into them the next. Easier than to just admit he was completely wrong, I guess.
