That is one of the funniest clips I've seen in some time. Great find PK. Seriously people, watch the clip (and also the one on Texaco/Getty Oil).
Carl also killed it a couple years ago at the NYSSA corporate governance conference. He was on his Dick Parsons campaign at the time.
He was funniest in talking about how he went out to see the CEO of Kerr-McGee and sang "Oh The Farmer and the Cowboy Can Be Friends" standing on the man's conference room table.
I see more than a passing resemblance to Mel Brooks, fwiw.
