    On their own, Bird and Fortune are funny; but they usually appear in a show called Bremner, Bird and Fortune where they look distinctly faded in comparison to Rory Bremner.

    Ouch .. this one hurts. How many risk-takers actually knew how little incentives there were for mortgage originators? How many intermediaries actually knew exactly what they were selling?

    If it was for the South Bank Show, then I think it would an ITV programme rather than BBC. Honestly, just can’t find accurate financial commentary these days!
