Fun Cerberus Capital Profile
I haven't read it yet -- 5,985 words! -- but Daniel RothWithout any notes, [Cerberus CEO Feinberg] launches into a meandering speech. Between long pauses, he wends his way through market analyses that seem deliberately vague. At the heart of his speech, he sums up the philosophy that guides his company: Reveal as little as necessary; be anonymous; be invisible. “We try to hide religiously,” he says. “If anyone at Cerberus has his picture in the paper and a picture of his apartment, we will do more than fire that person. We will kill him. The jail sentence will be worth it.”
