All the Terrorists Invest at Rick's Cafe
Renault: Realizing the importance of the case, my men are rounding up twice the usual number of suspects.A lengthy story about the rise of the Casablanca Stock Exchange ends with a lovely anecdote demonstrating the inherent troubles these days for U.S. sorts in said geographies. A woman has re-created Rick's Cafe in Casablanca, largely via $1-million raised from 43 investors, 32 of them Humphrey Bogart-loving U.S. citizens:

What I really said was complimentary of the Treasury Dept. When various people started transferring small sums of money to a company in Morocco named "The Usual Suspects" of course it got Treasury's attention. They quickly verified our existance and every time there is a Treasury delegation in town they dine with us and love to recount the story. An FBI agent did show up at one investor's door, but a quick explanation was enough for a good laugh and an apology.
