New Data for Residential Real Estate Prices in Major Metros
A new measure of residential real estate prices in major metros is being launched by Radar Logic in New York. You can check the current data (in icky PDF form) here, or just look at the front page of the Radar site for scrolling prices.I can't imagine why they don't make actual price changes easier to see, and I'm guessing they are scraping sites and generally doing Altos Research-ish things, but it's still work a look.
