VC Roundtable from Stanford
I'm not at AlwaysOn at Stanford, but just watched a good VC roundtable from there available on video. With panelists Roger "Mullet" McNamee (Elevation), Erik Straser (MDV), Paul Deninger (Jefferies), and Bill Gurley (Benchmark). It is an entertaining wander through technology, innovation, and capital markets -- even if I wished they'd shut up about SarbOx already.

I'm looking to break through the clutter to get my startup capitalized with some seed money ... any introductions that you can make? I'm looking for contacts with real money to invest not more advice.
Thanks,
"BC"
I was in attendance at AlwaysOn and watched that talk. It was great to see those guys bantering on stage, but I do agree - too much Sarbanes talk!
It would have been better if they had focused on the target audience in the room, which was mostly early stage startups (from what I gathered.)

When I read this headline in my feed reader I hadn't yet finished my first cup of coffee and scanned it as, "VC Roundtable from Sangfroid". My initial thought was, "Why? Are these guys invested in mortgage lenders?" Then my brain caught up with my eyes.
It's a good time to be in tech.
