This site is terrible. It’s taking me hours to upload a 207 KB image. So far, I have seen two results. One is a loading screen. The other is an error message that doesn’t tell me what I am doing wrong. You think they would put more effort into something advertised nationally.

Well I have gotten past the donut spinning && the error message….but now its not working for me

Someone is giggling their butt off somewhere about this snipe-hunt of a website. I tried dozens of times. Left the donut to spin all night long. Yes, that error message is as lame as it is annoying. Finally got to a screen that asked for some more information- sex, age, facial hair, what color skin I wanted. etc. Tantalizing… then that studpid error message again. RRRRRG. If I were Burger King I’d get my name off that site faster than a hobo could hop on your sister.
i got my hopes high and sure enough.. it failed.. who ever made this site needs to fix it.. it sucks!

I had it upload for 15 hrs. Nada. Turns out it was TAKEN OFFLINE. It wasnt rendering pictures correctly. Thanks again Simpsons =(

oh good, i thought i was the only one having problems with the site. tried to upload pics last night and the donuts spinned for an hour or so before i figured it wasn’t working. tried several times today but the website was ‘too busy’.

first, you can hardly ever get into the site, then if you’re lucky enough to upload a pic, you’ll either get an error message or like a blank face with the mouth where the eyes should be or something. not very good for a nationally advertised promo. doesn’t look like burger king cares at all about standards. i seriously don’t ever want to eat there again.
just a few min. ago, i got my results. i thought it would be a breeze after that but NO. i didnt get the chance to customize my facial features and clothes. i dont think it looked anything like me. it was not worth the six hours i put into it last night and the three hours today. GERRR
oh i forgot to add that it took forever to save it. i thought i saved it so i refreshed the page (because you can go back to the character after you made it to customize) it didnt finish saving sooo. 9 hours down the drain. i want that time back =[
I tested the results by uploading a picture of my friend, but three words:
1: IT’S
2: NOT
3: WORKING!
it worked great after the 5th time trying but then went to edit more after the time it asks for your age and no picture showed

i finally got it to work.. but it won’t let me register to save my character, this website sucks!

i finally got this thing to work, but now i cant save it, it keeps highlighting my age and password in red, does not make sense to me, and it wont tell me what to do to correct this! so i just downloaded capturewiz and took a picture of me as a simpson, woohoo!!! but yeah they should have been more prepared before it got advertisement nationaly!!

I used this site to Simpsonize my boyfriend and it worked great. I tried to Simpsonize me and it’s been two days and nothing.
well besides the fact that it was taking a while to load..i guess it was working..but then it started counting down slowly from like 2000 and i just left it there. and then i went back and it had like 10 to go..and it was going a little faster..and then it got stuck on the 1. and stayed there.
but i still love burger king.

after uploading my picture when the countdown is over and after that part it shows to boxes the left one of what i look like now, and i guess the right box would show what i would look like as a simpson but the right side box that shows what i would look like there is nothing there just a white box i did it over again and also used different pictures still getting nothing on what i would look like just a white plain box

Went to Burger King’s site and they have pulled the plug. Why is the DAMN DOO HICKEY NOT WORKING WITH THE WHATCHA’ MA CALL IT????? What the hell is that kind of talk…My 6 yr. old could have designed a better site! This SHIT is making me mad!!!

It worked for me the second time I tried to use it, but doesn’t look anything like me. Then I tried it for my Fiance and it doesn’t look anything like him. And no matter what I do can I get it to look remotely like us… BUT at least it work right?

Tried this site last night and it worked great! It didn’t look like me cause of the facial hair but I fixed some minor things and it looks just like me! Now today I’m trying it for someone else and it doesn’t work…….and now the site wont work at all now. Sucks for everyone else.I got my picture. hahahaha

What a bunch of whiners. It worked fine for me, my wife, and our 2 year old daughter. Have someone take a simple digital photo of you from the mid-torso up from about 5 feet away. Load it to the site, wait 10 seconds. Presto.
And if you don’t exactly like what it gives you, there are a ton of ways to customize the image. For example, my original outcome was OK, but I was able to tweak the nose and hair to make it better.
For a free site, I’m not gotta complain.
OMFG every time i try to go on the site it works out fine and everything but the screen is so big i cant scroll down to load! so i have everything but i cant see my picture!?!?! How frustrating does Burger King have to make this!
