So, a Talent Agent, a Publicist, and a Cowgirl Walk Into a Bar
So, a talent agent, a publicist, and a cowgirl walk into a bar. The black-clad talent agent says "Whoa, I know everyone here. They're all on my Plaxo contact list." The leather-jacket wearing publicist says, "I know almost as many people here as you do." The cowgirl says, "I don't know anyone here, but unlike you clowns I look good wearing leather in public."Okay, okay, bad joke. Feel free to write you own. Anyway, I did think of it while scanning Plaxo's latest connectedness data. Publicists and talent agents lead the list in terms of most contacts in their contact lists, and students and cowgirls have the fewest contacts.
Interesting, but I have questions/comments:
- Where are VCs in the list? They are connection sluts, so no VCs use Plaxo?
- It makes me suspicious of sample size to see that "veterinarians" is spelled "veternarians" in the list. Are there really that many Plaxo-using veterinarians who can't spell their vocation properly?
- Same question for "sectreary"
