Paul, I wanted to throw my endorsement on the pile...this book is stellar reading for anyone considering a startup. The interview style works very effectively, since it allows each founder to talk about their experiences in a very unfiltered way (including the experiences with their investors! - I thought the interview with Sabeer Bhatia was especially entertaining).
