Apple VC Deemed Dangerous

Open up OSX? You must be joking. Do you have any idea what kind of overhead that would add to Apple's opex?









I'm baffled. With that much cash, why not drop the price of Mac hardware? Why not go after Dell in the niche markets and bundle XP? For more fun, open up OS-X and make life miserable for Microsoft.
(I'm a Windows user, but I want Apple around to keep them honest and Apple hasn't been doing its job very well, damn them.)
