Realtime Weather Map: Paul's Away, Check Back ... Later
Oh, bliss: the Weather.com folks have brought out realtime interactive weather maps. You can, like, zoom in to your neighborhood and watch weather happening in realtime. Mind you, we don't really have much weather in San Diego, so I've been watching a rainstorm move block-by-block through Santa Barbara, but you get the idea.Anyway, there goes the GDP -- we weather nuts may never leave the house again.

Yup, this is really slick. I found zoom level 12 (change URL string) to be ideal.
You can also get moving satellite images on mobile. Was sitting in in the bar the other day during a snowstorm looking at the weather maps.
