EntrepreneurshipWeek Kickoff
Steve Jurvetson took a nice picture of the public kickoff of EntrepreneurshipWeekUSA at Stanford Saturday. I'm not in it -- I was already in a car to San Jose Airport after a prior non-public session -- but imagine my smiling face somewhere there in an empty chair.

Thought I mentioned it on here already, but the non-public event was a bunch of senior people involved in commercialization of early-stage research. We were talking about to fix a badly broken system.
Very little smoke though ;-)

Not to pry, but what was the 'non-public' session you were at? I'd love to know what goes on in these smoke-filled rooms in which you conversate.
