Parsing the Sequoia LPs
Josh Jaffe is doing some more parsing of the Sequoia LP list to be found in the recent Google/YouTube filing, and he comes up with some surprising names:Among the recipients was NBC newsman Forrest Sawyer, who received 170 Google shares, which were selling at $467 per share earlier this week. Sawyer actually raised money from Sequoia for a news startup in 2002. Maury Povich also received 170 shares.
