Where is a Better Jumpcut?

Okay, having spent waaaay too much time trying to do some online editing of a .flv video -- the one of Tim Draper dancing -- I can now say with high confidence two things:
  1. It's way harder to do that sort of thing than it needs to be.
  2. Yahoo's Jumpcut is not the solution, at least not in its current incarnation.
So, where is the better Jumpcut? Where is there a decent, easy-to-use online tool that actually lets you fold, spindle, mutilate, and mash online video?
