Patricia Dunn Lectures on Corporate Governance
While some are calling HP chair Patricia Dunn a paragon of good corporate governance, most observers, like me, think she misstepped in her investigation of HP's board. Either way, it's wonderfully ironic that she is the main attraction for a September 28th National Association of Corporate Directors event in San Francisco. Why? Just check out Ms. Dunn's subject: "Modern Corporate Governance: A Personal Perspective."Ah, you just can't make this stuff up.

I agree, it will be a no show.

That's funny! I should show up with my video camera. I doubt she'll be there, though.
