Me on CNBC (Again)
I just taped a short spot for CNBC on the Kobi Alexander story. It should play tonight on the "On the Money" program, assuming, of course, that the Dixie Chicks don't dye their hair, or there is no similar breaking news. While cheerfully pointing out the Conrad-esque overtones of having a CEO go native in coastal Sri Lanka, I also said I was somewhat skeptical about some aspects of the story. For example, I'm not convinced the Israeli private investigator traced a Skype call from Sri Lanka to Israel to find Alexander in the fishing village where he was last-minute vacationing. While that may be possible, given Skype peer architecture it's not a trivial exercise either.
