Sagging VC Confidence
While it's small sample stuff, the latest release of the Quarterly University of San Francisco Silicon Valley Venture Capitalist Confidence Index shows a nasty decline in the second quarter of 2006. "Lack of IPO market, lack of volume of M&A exits, lack of deal flow, some combo, all of above?"
One more if I may add - the recession is coming.

Paul,
Interesting. What is behind the malaise .... even if it's just anecdotal info from your conversations with VCs?
Lack of IPO market, lack of volume of M&A exits, lack of deal flow, some combo, all of above?
Thanks.
