More Lawsuits for Oracle?
One way to read the news that Larry Ellison has left Harvard in the lurch over a $115m donation is that he expects more shareholder lawsuits. After all, this donation was merely a rider on charitable contribution clause in Ellison's proposed settlement of a prior shareholder suit. Given that he's not following through on the money a cynic might say that Larry expects to have to some more suit-settling sooner rather than later.
