Lifehacker Uber Alles
A guilty secret: Of all the sites to which I subscribe, Lifehacker remains the only one where I read more entries than not. It is absurdly interesting and useful -- and not tech-fixated- -- as the current batch of posts shows. There are, for example, tips on getting first-class upgrades, how to find lost objects, and a way-cool Greasemonkey script for integrating Amazon camera information into Flickr.

The problem is that Lifehacker (like a few of the other Gawker Media post factories) reblogs 90% of its content, usually from AskMetafilter, CoolTools, etc. Very little original content is produced, it's two sentences and blockquote, blockquote, blockquote.
