The Winer Wars
I long ago stopped reading Scripting.com, and so I don't typically get involved in the traveling tech soap opera that is Dave Winer, but his lawyer's letter to Rogers Cadenhead over various technology & business arcana is one of the saddest things I've seen in some time. Awful stuff.
