Emo Kids, AIM, and Why Boys Wear Women’s Jeans

There is a piece in BusinessWeek about the networked life of a 21-year-old. Like the session with five teenagers at the Web 2.0 conference back in October, I’m learning things that I didn’t know that I didn’t know. While I knew enough about the reliance on Facebook, as well as about the near-pathological AIM dependency, some of it was new-new to me. Emo kids? And what’s with boys wearing women’s jeans?

Well, they’re many times refered as ‘emo fags’ Yea, people just say that because some of them wears tight cloth and makeup. But now, theres so much hate for emo kids and much stereotypes that I think its pretty funny. What can I say, many of them just happen to be skinny cute guys who seems to want a little too much attention. But comon, not all of them are that bad. Oh yea, watch that emosong thing, pretty much summerizes the whole stereotypes.
