VC needed, no exp. necessary. $21-million fund. Must be willing to relocate to Ghana.

The venture capital fund, which has accrued over $21 million, is yet to be operational after almost a year of its establishment. It is believed that government was having problems appointing a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to manage the fund.
