Novadaq Files for IPO

Novadaq, a life sciences portfolio company at Ventures West, the venture firm where I spend a chunk of my time, filed for a small initial public offering today. The company is broadly in the area of an imaging platform for the diagnosis and treatment of human vascular and opthalmic diseases.
