Rating CEOs' Financial Savvy

There is a fascinating survey in the current issue of CFO magazine wherein 300 chief financial officers rate their respective bosses' financial savvy. While CEOs are paying more attention these days, the results are still sobering. Almost one-in-five CFO respondents figured they could still, post-SarbOx, pull off a major financial fraud without their CEO knowing:
