Dell’s Kevin Rollins Give Advice to Google

From an excellent and candid interview with Dell CEO Kevin Rollins:

Q: Dell was one of the hip companies of the late ’80s and early ’90s. What kind of advice would you give to one of the hip companies now, Google? Should they be going public?
A: Google? I don’t know. The reason you usually go public is either to get rich or because you need capital to grow. If you don’t need either one of those things, then they don’t need to do it.
