Nano Anon and the Nano Frenzy
As "electro-" was to a company's name in the 1960s and early 1970s, so ".com" was in the 1990s, and so, apparently "nano-" is in the early part of this century. Companies are rushing to remake themselves "nano" in light of the current investor IPO ardor for all things tiny, revenue-less, and inscrutable.
The following SEC Edgar link shows the current rogue's gallery of nano-prefixed companies wangling to make it out the IPO door. All this nano-fascination makes me pine for some sort of Nano Anon.
