“Crushing Statistics”

A headline in this morning’s Statistics Canada’s daily review of Canadian economic numbers was this: “Crushing statistics”. That understandably got my attention right away.

Far, however, from being about some fringe anti-math protest group that wants to have all statistics books flattened, the piece was about production data from Canadian oilseed producers. And I was so looking forward to learning about a new no-stats-crew out there.
