Fog to Fog: From No-tell to Nortel
William Owen is doing some sort of fog circumnavigation by becoming the new CEO at Nortel Networks. It used to be the "no-telling" fog of war, and now it's the fog of Nortel that the former top-ranked military officer must contend with.
